Even when she was a new agent, Sandra Patti was no stranger to the real estate industry. Her father was a builder in the New York area and Sandra relocated to New Jersey when her husband’s job was transferred there. After holding administrative jobs in two real estate offices, she became a licensed real estate agent and has been practicing for the past ten years. Having grown up on Long Island, Sandra found the rural area of Central New Jersey to be the perfect place to raise her family. As her children grew up in Hillsborough, she was an active member of the central New Jersey community – participating in her son’s school activities, sports, music and church programs. Being so involved with this community for 28 years has given Sandra an advantage as many of her leads view her as a major resource in their area. With two now grown-up sons, Sandra has found her passion for real estate and matching families with their dream home.

Personal Background
I have been a licensed Realtor for the past ten years and take a tremendous amount of pride in the services I provide and make the extra time to take a personal interest in the needs of the many families I work with.

I have resided in Hillsborough, NJ for the past 25 years, so I am quite knowledgeable about the Central NJ area being a resident for so long.
My two sons, who are now grown, early year's were filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church, music and athletics in which I have been very actively involved. Chris, my eldest son is now a Producer/editor for a major Television network and Jason, my youngest attends a local New Jersey state university, majoring in Music Education. During their fomative years, I have actively volunteered as class parent, team parent, managed Little League baseball, soccer and taught CCD. I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. In addition, I am a graduate of the Real Estate institute of the Coldwell Banker University program of study. My current hobbies include spending time with my family & pets; my Yorkshire Terrier, Bella, my two cats: Vashka & Ruppert (both adopted), decorating, gardening, and taking classes in continuing Real Estate education to keep abreast of all the latest marketing trends, policies & licensing laws.
