At our first meeting, Sandra explained in great detail all the aspects of selling a house. I had owned my place for 12 years without doing a lot of work on it, and it was greatly in need of many upgrades. She was very careful to go through the house explaining what she felt needed to be done to prepare the house for the market, prioritizing the things that were most necessary, while always being mindful of the cost and my need to stay within my budget. Sandra always had great cost saving recommendations for people or businesses who could provide services, whether it performing upgrades (painting, carpeting, etc.), or just someone to haul away my old couch. Sandra was very concerned with presentation and made sure that the house would be shown to buyers in the best possible light. I was far away from the area dealing with my new home for most of the time my place was on the market, but with Sandra I knew my house was in good hands while I was gone. She always kept me informed of what going on, and was always careful to walk me through any and all processes involved with selling a home. Based on my experience, Sandra works very hard for her clients! Once we had a prospective buyer, Sandra continued to look out for my best interests.  Being an "out of state" absentee seller is a difficult position to be in. In this case choosing the right Realtor is more important than ever.

 We recently relocated from Pennsylvania to New Jersey. We were very fortunate to have been referred to Sandra Patti to assist us in finding a home. When we first contacted Sandra, we had not determined exactly which area we wanted to live in and Sandra gave us information and sent listings for every town we inquired about.
